Four friends in a bar. That’s how our story began back in 2003. They shared a common dream that we still pursue: to become the best company in delivering profound transformations for organizations, while generating global career opportunities for IT professionals throughout the world.
2003
Globant was founded by Martin Migoya, Guibert Englebienne, Martin Umaran and Nestor Nocetti.
2004
We opened our offices in UK
2005
We were named Endeavor Entrepreneur.
2006
We opened our first office outside Buenos Aires, a development center in Tandil, the first milestone towards creating a decentralized company which brings opportunities closer to the talent.
2008
We acquired two companies to deepen specialization in Microsoft Technologies (Accendra) and Infrastructure Services (Openware). Closed a financing round with Riverwood Capital and FTV Capital.
2009
We created our Studio model to deepen our expertise on latest practices and technologies.
2010
Gartner Inc. named Globant a “Cool Vendor,” in its Cool Vendors in Business Process Services 2010 report.
2011
We closed an investment round with Riverwood Capital and FTV Capital. We acquired San Francisco-based Nextive to expand our expertise in Mobile technologies.
2012
We acquired Brazil-based TerraForum to reinforce our expertise in innovation and global footprint. Globant disembarked in Antarctica to develop software in the most southern continent in the world.
2013
We celebrated our 10th Anniversary on all our sites.
2014
We did our IPO at the NYSE, with shares traded under the symbol "GLOB."
2015
We acquired Clarice Technologies, an innovative software company with operations in India.
2016
We launched the book: "The Never Ending Digital Journey". We acquired WAE, to expand our operations in London and New York, and L4 Digital to reinforce our position as a leader in digital services.
2017
We were recognized by IDC Marketscape as leaders in digital customer experience and acquired Ratio for strategy in the US and the technology agency Point Source
2018
Two great launches, StarMeUp an operating system for organizations and the book "How to Embrace Artificial Intelligence".
2019
We acquired Avanxo, a leading cloud transformation company, and Belatrix, strengthening our positioning in digital and cognitive transformation.
2020
We acquired gA, to reinforce leadership in digital and cognitive transformation, and BlueCap to strengthen consulting services in the financial sector. We launched our Globant Awards and Augmented Coding.
2021
We grew our Globant family and reached the 20k Globers. We acquired CloudShift, Habitant, Walmeric, Atix Labs and Navint.
2022
We became the Global Platform Supporter of FIFA+, and Regional Supporter of FIFA World Cup™. We arrived in Poland, Germany, Italy and Australia. We acquired Genexus, Sysdata, eWave, ad_bid, Nescara and KTBO.
2023
We marked our first 20 years by ringing the closing bell at the NYSE. We acquired Vertic, Experience IT, Pentalog, Iteris, and GUT. We expanded to The Netherlands, Portugal, among others. We were recognized in Fortune's 100 Fastest-Growing Companies and as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape Worldwide Artificial Intelligence Services 2023 Vendor Assessment.

Martin Migoya
CEO & Co-Founder
As CEO and co-founder of Globant, Martin has led the company since it was a startup and, in 2014, managed to make it the first Latin American software company to have an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Today, Globant is a global player working in more than 30 countries around the world, for world-class clients such as Google, Electronic Arts and Santander, among others.
Martín has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of La Plata and an MBA from CEMA University (UCEMA). Together with his three founding partners of Globant, Martín was elected Entrepreneur Endeavor in 2005. In 2020, he was recognized as the Innovative CEO of the year and, in 2019, he was named Top CEO of the year at CEO World Awards and CEO of the year by ElCronista (Argentina). He is a member of AEA and Ernst & Young, who recognized him as Entrepreneur of the year in 2013.
Guibert Englebienne
Co-founder, President of Latam & Globant X
Entrepreneurship is in Guibert’s DNA. He has been programming since he was 12 years old and creating everything from video games to home tech solutions. Prior to co-founding Globant, he had already started six different companies, bringing with him the experience of learnings and failures therein. As President of Globant X, Guibert helps lead the success of these initiatives focused on analyzing new revenue models and allowing us to continue to innovate. In addition, as President of Latam he ensures corporate governance and drives our regional expansion and industry leadership.
Globant was born through Guibert and his co-founders’ vision that technology development can be done anywhere in the world, a vision that has propelled them to incorporate diverse talent to create innovative solutions for the world’s top brands. Also as chairman of Endeavor Argentina, whose goal is igniting entrepreneurship among the new generation, he is frequently invited to talk about innovation at events including Tedx, Communicating the Museum, La Red Innova, and Innotribe.
Patricia Pomies
Chief Operating Officer
As Globant’s Chief Operations Officer, Patricia is responsible for sustainably growing the company’s operations, and enabling it to execute its strategy with maximum value for clients and stakeholders. She also focuses on turning strategy into actionable targets for growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting and performance management. She is an advocate for having more women in management positions, and recognizing the gender gap in the tech industry, for this reason, she has actively participated in Globant’s Women that Build program. She was also one of the architects behind the company’s Be Kind initiative.
Patricia arrived at Globant with a background in education and communications, having taught at several universities and having managed inclusive educational programs to empower the next generation with modern and technological skill sets. On May 2022, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 COO by the 2022 OnCon Icon Awards and in 2020, she received the Recognition to the Outstanding Woman in the Business field by Women Corporate Directors Foundation.
Diego Tartara
Global Chief Technology Officer
As Global Chief Technology Officer at Globant, Diego is responsible for ensuring that Globant's teams around the world develop and deliver innovative solutions that create value for each client as they navigate today’s constantly evolving industries. From Buenos Aires, Argentina, Diego also oversees the development and evolution of Globant's Studios, which represent deep pockets of expertise. This includes Digital Studios based on technology, like AI or Blockchain; Reinvention Studios based on industries, such as Airlines or Automotive; and Enterprise Studios based on the application of solutions from Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP, among others.
Diego has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. His journey at Globant began in 2008 as the Tech Director of the Games Studio, where he later became a Studio Partner. Diego's career at Globant exemplifies his mastery of meritocracy and autonomy. Despite his executive role, Diego remains closely connected to Globant’s various development teams, ensuring the high quality of products and the growth of each Globant team member.
Fernando Matzkin
Chief Business Officer Europe
As Chief Business Officer for all operations in Europe, Fernando oversees Globant’s expansion in one of its most vital markets. He is directly involved in crafting the company’s strategy while building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
With over twenty years of experience in the software services industry, Fernando started his career in leadership positions at multinational companies. He joined Globant in 2009 to help expand its international reach. Over the next decade, he was directly involved in executing a successful IPO —the first Latin American software company to do so— to its consolidation today as a global pure-play in technology solutions with operations in 30 countries throughout the world.
Today, Globant has an edge in the most competitive technology ecosystem in the world, with Fernando as one of the architects behind the company’s 360 transformational perspective to leverage technology for the digital age. Fernando is an active proponent of Globant’s cultural values of diversity and inclusion, and has participated in podcasts and forums on the issue to highlight their importance for the company and its ecosystem of stakeholders. Most recently, he has joined the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering as a board member.
Nicolas Kaplun
Chief Business Officer North America
As Chief Business Officer of North America, Nicolás runs and oversees all aspects of Globant’s most important market, including business development strategy, team building and management, and client relationships. He also collaborates on Globant’s global strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Globant, Nicolás served as CEO & Managing Director in the financial services division at Accenture, where he led sales for the Hispanic South America region. He also held executive roles at world-class companies such as Citibank, Zurich, Telefónica, and Korn/Ferry International. His experience leading innovative companies across industries is fully aligned with Globant’s mission to provide real value to clients by transforming their businesses.
Tania Salarvand
Managing Director US
Tania is a successful global business executive with over 20 years of experience collaborating with prominent B2B organizations to develop and execute commercial and operational strategies. Renowned for her ability to build and inspire global teams that drive business outcomes, she is recognized as a strategic thinker with a talent for fostering growth.
She specializes in strategy execution, team capability development, communication (particularly presentation skills), facilitation, business case development, strategy planning and implementation, sales and marketing, project management (holding a PMP certification), and business model innovation through advanced methodologies and strategies.
Ariel Capone
Managing Director US
As Regional Managing Director, Ariel is passionate about using technology as a catalyst for disruption. He began his career in the Consumer Goods industry, later shifting to the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry. Ariel has led several projects partnering with pharmaceutical companies to transform the way they optimally engage their consumers, moving towards personalized medicines.
Ariel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an Executive Management degree from the University of San Andrés in Argentina. He is a frequent speaker at Life Sciences seminars and roundtables and frequently contributes to prominent publications such as Forbes, ComputerWorld, Nearshore Americas, CNN and El Nuevo Herald, among others.
Martin Umaran
Co-Founder & Chairman For EMEA
Together with his three partners, Martín founded Globant as a startup in 2003 in Buenos Aires and has been responsible for driving Globant's growth, ensuring its global reach. Today, Globant (NYSE:GLOB) is a world leader in digital and cognitive transformation, with a presence in 25 countries and over 27,000 professionals.
Martín is a member of Globant's Board, where he leads the Mergers and Acquisitions area. Since 2020, he has served as Chairman of EMEA, contributing to and leading the region's growth. Deeply involved in the entrepreneurship ecosystem through Globant Ventures, he is an entrepreneur and mentor of the Endeavor network, where he is an active contributor. He is also an active participant in Business 20 (B20) and was Co-Chair of the 2018 and 2020 editions of the Education and Employment Taskforce.
Wanda Weigert
Chief Brand Officer
Wanda started her career as a senior consultant when Globant was a group of only 100 people. Has actively participated in the growth of Globant since it was a small startup to become the first Latin American IT company to be listed on the NYSE and be one of the 5 original unicorns in Argentina. As Chief Brand Officer, Wanda leads the global team of marketing, digital strategy, external & internal communications, PR and corporate communications professionals focused on positioning Globant as a digitally native company that helps organizations reinvent themselves and unleash their full potential.
As Executive Director, Wanda accompanies the growth and development of Globant in Argentina based on fundamental values such as diversity and inclusion. She is responsible for developing and promoting the company's strategy in the country with the aim of continuing local growth and development, providing world-class opportunities for Argentine talent.
Juan Urthiague
Chief Financial Officer
Juan joined Globant in 2011 and was a key member in the company´s global expansion and transformation into a publicly listed company in NYSE. During 2017 he spent 15 months outside Globant serving as CFO Latam for OLX and as CFO for avantrip.com.
As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees Corporate Finance, Treasury, Accounting and Tax, Financial Reporting, Financial Services, and Investor Relations. Juan was appointed as CFO in October 2018. Juan has an MSc in Finance and Capital Markets from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Juan is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Pepe Chamorro
Marketing Director Globant Gut
Pepe has been an entrepreneur from a young age. In 1996, he set up his first company Digital Bubble. After four years, he sold it to the Delvico Bates Group and created Digital Bates, probably one of the most knowledgeable stages. In 2001, he joined 141 Worldwide as General Manager. From 2003 to 2005, he was the General Manager of Delvico.
In 2005, he assumed the position of General Manager of JWT Spain and member of its European Digital Council, working with clients such as Unilever and Johnson & Johnson Grupo Modelo. In January 2014, he left JWT and started a new stage, creating his own company with his partners. They immediately signed an agreement with Omnicom to use the Tribal brand, and so far, they continue to develop this project.
Sebastian Jespersen
CEO Vertic, a Globant Company
Sebastian Jespersen is an innovator, a business strategist, and a breakthrough digital thinker. Both a digital guru and evangelist, he has successfully taken a start-up from the birth of the online marketing era through to the advertising world’s new internet playground. All while shepherding Vertic to extraordinary year-on-year growth and profitability. Clients include Microsoft, SAP, GE, Novo Nordisk, Paypal and GSK.
Sebastian’s pre-Vertic years as a management consultant in Europe and Asia underscore a multinational, analytical problem-solving vantage point, in contrast to common creative or technical leadership found at most ad agencies today. His interpretation of social business, data, targeting and the bridging of marketing to sales - as well as his revolutionary application of this understanding to new platforms like LinkedIn - makes him a leader in today’s fast-paced, complex marketing world.
Isa Goksu

Isa is an executive leader with strong hands-on technical experience. A pythonista, gopher, hacker and innovative technologist with over 21 years of industry experience, mainly in Finance, but also in Retail, Telco, and Travel. Solid executive relationships and stakeholder management with C-suite.
He led various enterprise-level digital transformation programs, managed very large teams and delivered many mission-critical projects from both onshore and offshore. He is an outcome-oriented individual and a strong advocate of pragmatism, Lean and Agile. A faithful believer in system thinking, design thinking and empowerment that comes with intelligent insights.
Nestor Nocetti
EVP Corporate Affairs & Co-founder
As co-founder, Néstor leads Globant's relationships with governments, chambers of commerce and civil society to continue expanding the company’s global presence, as well as advocating for the tech sector as an engine for development in emerging markets.
Recognizing the need for building talent from the ground up, Néstor is an advocate for educational systems empowering the next generation of professionals. Additionally, he takes an active role in passing on his expertise in entrepreneurship to the community, emphasizing the role of teamwork in building successful companies by speaking at many renowned universities and business associations. While Néstor loves all things tech, he recognizes the necessary human element in creativity, passion and innovation to make it work.
Sebastian Miserendino

Sebastian Miserendino brings over his many years of experience in the IT industry. He joined Globant in 2009 and developed his professional career, occupying various technology leadership roles. As Chief Technology Officer for Globant’s Latin America market, Sebastian has consistently delivered cutting-edge solutions that empower organizations to reinvent their businesses and industries through innovation while driving strategic business expansion throughout the region.
Adept at inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration, Sebastian combines technical acumen with strategic vision to bring the very best of Globant to Latin America's clients.
Ignacio Iglesias
Chief Business Officer Latin America
Argentine, Ignacio has studies in Business Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a master's in Marketing at the Universidad de San Andrés, also in Argentina. He has many years of experience in business development, consulting, business strategies, and leadership in multinational companies. In 2019, he decided to embark on his path in the technology industry, understanding that the sector transforms the world.
He first led the Accenture operation in Peru, and two years later, he landed at Globant, where he also led the company's strategy in Peru for a year. He achieved more than 100% growth at the local level, opening offices and operations in Lima and Arequipa, respectively. Then, he was appointed Managing Director of the Pacific Region, leading the operations in Chile, Peru, and Ecuador, and is currently leading the strategy throughout Latin America, a region from where he actively works for internationally renowned companies such as Google, Electronic Arts and Santander, among others.
Federico Pienovi
Chief Business Officer Asia, Middle East and Oceania
Federico is Globant’s Chief Business Officer for Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. He designs and implements the company’s strategies in each region with the objective of expansion. Previously, Federico led as the CBO for Europe. Under his leadership, the region grew organically by acquiring world-class companies, such as Bluecap, Habitant, Walmeric, Cloudshift, and Sysdata. Additionally, he opened new offices in Madrid and Málaga and had a crucial role in Globant’s arrival in Germany and Poland.
In the past, he was also managing director for several financial services clients in New York, playing an instrumental role as one of the architects of Globant's vision and value for its partnership with JPMorgan Chase. In addition, he ensured the successful development and delivery of products for digital content, big data, web applications, and user experience. Federico is a Globant veteran with many years of experience with the company and has a background in the Engineering and the Energy and Telecommunications sectors.
Fatima Said
Managing Director eWave, a Globant Company
Fatima, an entrepreneur by nature, launched her first business at 16, building eCommerce Inc. to become the fifth-largest provider of e-commerce services in the US within four years of operation. Alongside completing her Master's in Information Technology, Fatima has developed 18 years of business and technology experience, launching hugely successful startups across Europe, the US, and the APAC region.
Today, Fatima is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of a group of companies that focus on commerce, with businesses across solution delivery, product development, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence sectors. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of eWave, Fatima has overseen the agency’s growth from its foundations to become a cross-continental commerce powerhouse. She has earned a globally respected reputation for driving revenue, guiding business digital transformation, and quickly enabling growth across markets for the world’s leading organizations.
Diego Maldonado
Managing Director of Adaptive Organizations
Diego is a Manufacturing Engineer from Boston University, with a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Robotic Engineering from Columbia University in New York. At Globant, he serves as Managing Director of Adaptive Organizations, leading the Studios responsible for the enterprise applications implementation services, including Salesforce.com, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, UiPATH, and others. Diego served as CEO and founding partner of Avanxo, a pioneer in Cloud Computing technologies in Latin America, which was acquired by Globant in 2019. Since 2003, he has spearheaded the adoption, digital transformation, and application of Cloud technologies throughout Latin America’s most prominent companies.
Prior to founding Avanxo, Diego was employed by Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston, where he was in charge of the Financial and Telecommunications divisions for Latin America. He began his professional career in Accenture’s Advanced Technology Systems Group in New York and was involved in the implementation of technological solutions in companies in the financial sector in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
Ignacio Cantalupo
Chief Operating Officer, North America
Ignacio Joined Globant at the very first stage of the company, being one of the first employees. Ignacio served at different management roles throughout the last 14 years at Globant: VP & Business Unit Managing Director, VP Operations, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Area Manager and Creative Director.
Ignacio has worked in the IT industry since 1997 embracing an entrepreneurial spirit as co-founder of two startups before joining Globant.
Sebastián Arriada
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Sebastián is responsible for leading Globant's IT transformation to accelerate the company's growth through agility and a Globers-centric approach. His experience in leading cutting-edge CloudOps and cybersecurity services and his goal-oriented and data-driven expertise are essential for the role he’s performing. He joined Globant in 2006 as a Network and Security Engineer until 2009. Later, he worked in ATT and Citrix and returned to Globant in 2019. Until his recent appointment, he was Globant’s CloudOps & Cybersecurity Studio Partner, where he worked to improve the value and offering of the Studios through existing and new practices.
He holds an Information Systems Engineering degree from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) in Argentina, a Master in Strategy Management and Technology degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) in Argentina & EOI Business School in Spain, and is a German Academic Exchange Service (DAAAD) alumni. Sebastián was a professor at the UTN for ten years, where he taught a subject called “Web Technology and Business.” He also speaks German and loves sports such as basketball and handball.
Verónica Giménez
Chief Capacity Officer
With her many years at Globant, Verónica Giménez has developed her professional career occupying various roles related to talent management. Entering the company when there were only 800 Globers (collaborators) based mainly in Argentina, Veronica witnessed and directly contributed to the growth and expansion of Globant as a fundamental member of the team that supported the consolidation of the Staffing and Recruitment area in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay, and then throughout the world.
Now, as Chief Capacity Officer, Verónica develops and positions the human capital, Globant’s main competitive advantage, so the company can keep growing globally. Thanks to her capacity for permanent reinvention, during these years at Globant, Verónica achieved significant milestones that are still part of the company today: the creation of the Talent Manifesto, and the development of the Augmented Recruitment tool, among others.
Shivraj Sabale
Country Head, India
Shivraj has many years of experience working with businesses to drive ground-up digital transformations, focusing on leading-edge technologies as well as transformative digital journeys. Entrusted with responsibilities such as leading the growth of India Centre with a focus on Capacity generation and business development and working with a fantastic team to ensure top-notch delivery while constantly looking to keep the available talent relevant; building technical organizations from the ground up with a focus on building practices and capacity management; exploring technical strategies and trends and ensuring their adaptation and adherence in a measured manner.
He has experience delivering and handling multiple projects using Agile Development and Delivery and manages onshore teams and multi-site teams in Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Support and complete Site operations. He also works on a strategic plan to grow the site and has expertise in planning and implementing SCRUM. Shivraj also worked in Web Application Security and Android and Tablet domain Project Delivery and Storage.
Carolina Dolan Chandler
Chief Digital Officer
Carolina joined Globant in 2006. During her time at the company, she has held a variety of roles that contributed to the business's growth from a 360-degree perspective. As a Technical Director, she collaborated directly with clients, comprehending their needs and developing solutions tailored to their requirements. Then, in her role as an Account Director, Carolina took responsibility for the overall client relationship, ensuring the fulfillment of their goals and profitability. Later, as Global Marketing Director, she revolutionized the department with new internal tools and digital strategies. Carolina focused on creating and executing a cohesive, data-driven marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in the development of key initiatives like Converge, the Tech N Fest, and more.
In her capacity as Chief Digital Officer, Carolina oversaw Globant's internal digital transformation. She was also in charge of establishing a cross-company data strategy and driving the adoption, development, and implementation of digital technologies, ranging from the company's proprietary applications to industry standards such as Salesforce, SAP, Success Factors, and more. Currently, Carolina's role has evolved. At the head of Globant's Studio Networks, she oversees the Digital Studios, focusing on their collective operations. By understanding the offerings of each Studio, she ensures they operate at the forefront of innovation, select top-tier talents, and meet client expectations, attentive to each step of the way, including the accurate delivery of products.
Santos Videla
Chief People & Education Officer
Santos Videla is the Chief People & Education Officer at Globant, where his main goals are to boost the Globers' experience and shake up business approaches through the company's unique culture. His focus revolves around three main pillars: creating a special value proposition for each Glober, nurturing a diverse talent pool's development and empowerment, and laying the groundwork for the Future People Ecosystem.
Since joining Globant in 2021, Santos has been driving the HR global strategy to improve the Glober experience. He's been overseeing the evolution of Globant University, and by using AI-driven personalized learning, he's managed to shoot up learning hours and a record-breaking learning applicability score. Santos has also reimagined career and talent management by introducing the Readiness Model for growth assessment, Performance Retrospective process, and the Open Career concept that encourages collaboration across different areas. He's big on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and that shows through projects like the “Women that Build" program.
Sabina Schneider
Chief Solutions Officer US
Sabina Alejandra Schneider is Chief Solution Officer for the US region, leading complex ecosystems that combine technology, design, data, and culture. As a former Consulting Partner and Big Data Studio Partner at Globant, Sabina focuses on delivering transformation programs by breaking down big business challenges into actionable elements to achieve a shorter time to market with continuous delivery. She helps companies achieve their goals and build relevant relationships with end clients through data-driven, rapid, and dynamic technology solutions.
Sabina is an expert in Agile methodologies, development, and big data strategies and has spoken at several industry events, including the Medellín Hackathon, the London Big Data Breakfast, the Bogotá Big Data Hackathon, and the AWS Big Data Breakfast Summit in both São Paulo and NYC.
Vivian Sauksteliskis
Chief Delivery Officer
Vivian was born in Uruguay and moved to Argentina in 2006 after graduating as a Computer System Engineer. She joined Globant in 2007 as a Business Analyst. Her second assignment was for El Tiempo, one of the first Globant clients in Colombia, where she became the manager of the project one year later. That project and its multiple challenges prepared her for her next projects within Globant: Comcel, BSI, Tenaris, Gilbarco and trained her holistic point of view, including delivery, finance, people, and processes always into the equation. In 2014, when the Studios turned into BUs, she proactively offered herself as a controller of one of the BUs, taking care of the multiple KPIs, process adherence, analyzing all the information for decision-making, and assuring all the accounts team had everything in place to focus on their clients. In 2016, when the 50squared program was launched, she was involved in the transformation within Globant, impacting structure, processes, tools, assignments, finance, and maturity framework and allowing her to work with the most strategic roles of the company. During that time, she also changed the PM onboarding program in Globant, got her Counselor degree, and started to work as a therapist after working hours.
Working together with Technology in the TL Maturity made her realize that Tech and Operations are stronger working together, and participated in the idea of the creation of the Agile Delivery Studio, where she works at present. Nowadays, she is mainly focused on Delivery Management, account strategy, and her role within the studio. Nicolás is a Software engineer by training, and his experience with Globant has led him to live and work in seven cities on transformational projects for some of the company’s top clients from entertainment and Ed-tech to Life Sciences and Financial Services. As the SVP Brand Global, Valeria Abadi brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation. Since 2023, she is responsible for Brand at global scale.

Patricio Pablo Rojo
General Counsel
Pablo Rojo assumed the role of Globant’s General Counsel in October 2021, marking his return to a position he had previously held from 2013 to 2018. In this capacity, he oversees the operations of Globant’s Legal and Compliance department, wielding his extensive experience and legal acumen to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and facilitate the company's strategic objectives.
Before rejoining Globant, Pablo served as external counsel for nearly three years, providing invaluable assistance on various transactions and critical initiatives. His professional journey includes notable stints as a corporate and banking law associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, where he honed his expertise from 2002 to 2006 and from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, he gained international exposure as an International Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP's New York office between 2006 and 2007.

With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Diego serves as Chief Business Officer for Latin America, tasked with leading Globant's collaboration with various companies and governments in the region. Diego holds a degree in Engineering from the National Technological University and has previously worked for renowned international companies such as EDS, Hewlett-Packard, and DXC Technology.

Maite Barrera Xaubet is part of Globant's Executive Committee, as well as the CEO of Bluecap Management Consulting, a leading company in strategic consulting and advanced analytics for the financial sector, which is affiliated with Globant.
Previously, she worked at Oliver Wyman & Co -financial services- in London and Madrid, leading projects for Europe and Latin America. Before that, she built her professional career at BBVA/Argentaria (Madrid), within the Value Based Management unit, where she reported to the Executive Committee of the entity.
